Welcome to David Linaker - A Connected Life. I’m David Linaker, and my mission is to guide individuals and families through life’s most significant moments—whether joyful, challenging, or transformative.

With decades of experience as an Independent Celebrant, former priest, and human development specialist, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate pivotal transitions, celebrate life’s milestones, and rediscover meaning and connection.

Who I Am

I bring a unique perspective to my work, shaped by my journey from a successful Anglican priest to a non-religious celebrant and personal development guide. My experience conducting hundreds of funerals, weddings, and life ceremonies has given me a deep understanding of the human condition and the power of meaningful connection.

Outside of my work, I’m a devoted husband, parent, step-parent, adventurer and 'dad' to two black Labradors. Whether I’m sailing, hiking, or exploring new horizons, I believe in living a life deeply connected to others, to nature, and to the present moment.
